Advanced Mobility Online Returns & Refunds
Need to return a product you've bought from us? Read our returns policy to find out everything you need to know.
On occasion, for whatever reason you may feel that the product ordered, just wasn’t right for you, and feel it necessary to return an item. We will be happy to offer an alternative or a refund, provided it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 allows 14 days to cancel an order, from date of purchase and return the item back to Advanced Mobility, at a cost to the customer. Once done, after inspection, a full refund will be issued within 14 days of the returned item. Equally In the event that you refuse delivery without prior arrangements once goods have been dispatched you will be responsible for all carriage cost incurred.
We reserve the right to charge for all carriage and handling costs incurred.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
